Custom & Personalized Products

Customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end. This includes personalized apparel, engraved products, custom challenge coins, custom unit products, and other made-to-order items.

Please review all custom details, spelling, artwork, and proofs carefully before approving a custom order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can review your order and provide instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
